ALL FENCE at 303 Southeast 16th Terrace, Cape Coral, Florida.

This company has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. After my fence gates were destroyed in a storm, I contacted Chris (a lead point of contact for this business) to have my gates repaired. Shortly thereafter, a team was sent out to evaluate the damage and provide and estimate which would require an on-the-spot deposit fee before the repair would be initiated. Here I am today, 2 and a half months later, still with no fence gates. After numerous unanswered phone calls/voicemails, I finally reached Chris, only to be told that my paperwork had been "lost" and the repair would now cost MORE than the initial estimate. Oh, and they have no idea when they might get around to complete the repair.
If you are on the hunt for a fence on your property, I would highly recommend spending your money elsewhere. If the poor structural integrity of the product from All Fence isn't enough to encourage you to shop elsewhere, then I hope the lack of business ethics and value to customer service will be be enough.

Well, so far they have been a true nightmare and combative.
When the costumer says to do it one way and they want to do their way, we have a problem.
Because they did not do it my way, now they expect Me to cut my palm tree and remove a telephone junction box.
After 2 months of waiting their answer was, "We'll be there one day when you open your doors".
That is exactly what they did. Did not call any utility companies to mark before theh dug and cut telephones and sprinkler pipes within the 1st hour. Then, told the neigbors that it was MY respisibility to call. Now they started to reset the poles, and left halfway thru the job.
We have yet to hear from them. There is a reasonable time of expectation to complete a job and its counting down. After that I want my deposit back. I know they are not going to want to, but as a retired Lee County Deputy, I have nothing but time to make their lives as miserable as they made ours.
Let's see how they handle this.
